Saudi Arabian Airlines has lifted the ban on taking electronic devices inside the cabin with passengers. Passengers traveling to the United States of America can take their electronic devices with them on Wednesday (19 July 2017), .
Eng. Abdulrahman Al-Tayeb praised the efforts of the General Authority of Civil Aviation in coordinating and following up the lifting of the ban on carrying tablets and laptops with passengers. On Monday, The Administration of Transportation Security tweeted an announcement on Twitter, came after Royal Air Maroc had been removed from the list on Thursday, Kuwait Airways on Wednesday and EgyptAir on July 9. The other airlines got off the list the previous week led by Etihad, Emirates, Turkish, Qatar and Royal Jordanian.
